Dear Friends,

Kukuilani Baptist Church exists to Glorify our Lord Jesus Christ. We desire to minister to the family, blended families, singles, those serving in our military, and those who happen to be just visiting Oahu. We are a Bible church located in central Oahu in the beautiful Mililani / Wahiawa area, just around the corner from Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield. We have traditional Worship Services on Sunday and Prayer Meeting Wednesday.

We are led and stand firmly on God’s inspired Word, the Holy Bible.

We desire a balanced emphasis of:

Why Kukuilani?

1. ❖Seeking something else in life? or God? Not sure where to start? Email or call Pastor David to just meet and simply read God’s Word together. Nothing formal or fancy, just starting with reading the Bible to see what God has to say to you!
   

1. ❖Not ready or comfortable with church yet? No worries, come to a small Bible study. Just email or call Pastor David to get set up. He won’t try to convince you to come to church. He would rather see you start with getting to Know God through the Bible.
   

1. ❖We are a smaller, personal church. You will definitely not get lost in the ‘crowd’ here! If you’ve never experienced having a close church family, you surely don’t know what you are missing. Church is not a burden, but a wonderful necessity!
   

1. ❖This means lots of opportunities to serve! - From helping in nursery, to teaching children’s classes, to setting up for services, to playing the piano or musical instruments, helping with digital or technical ministries, there are many more ways to serve! We are a great place to get started serving with a church family that is welcoming and loving.
   

1. ❖We welcome military men, women, families! Even if you are only here for just a few months, you are an important part of God’s Family! Don’t worry, don’t give up, don’t delay! Just come worship with us! We understand the pressures that you face serving in the military.
   

1. ❖We welcome home schooling families! Whether your children attend public school, private school, or home school, you will feel at home at Kukuilani. We have members that are both private and public school teachers, and Pastor David and Sharon home school their 5 children. (Actually Sharon does most of the home school work! She is a former Christian School and Public School Teacher)
   

1. ❖Expository Preaching! What is that? Simply, preaching that covers the Bible line by line, verse by verse. Example: If we are studying the Gospel of Matthew, then we begin with the first verse, Matthew 1:1 and cover every verse in order learning just as God laid out, in the order he laid it out, until we have completed the last verse of the book of Matthew. Why is this important? The topic of what God wants you to learn will be controlled by God’s Word, verse by verse each week and not by the pastor. Have you attended church for years, and never have covered a single book study from beginning to end? (Example: 1 Corinthians, Colossians, etc.) Come join us and learn the blessing of unfolding the Word of God line by line as God intended for us to learn gaining a more complete understanding of our Lord and His Word.
   

1. ❖IF you simply want something shallow, temporary, showy, entertaining, brief, or a place to get lost in the crowd, then our church is NOT for you.
   

    But IF you are SEEKING to KNOW GOD (and not sure where to start) or want        

    to SERIOUSLY grow as a Christian (and you honestly can!) then check us out!    

    Again, if you want solid, Bible teaching, faithful to God’s original intent made

    very relevant to your life, work, and family, then come join us.

1. ❖Doctrine & Theology! If you want to study why you believe what you believe and be able to grow in your own love of God’s Scripture, join us at 9 AM on Sunday mornings. We have an advanced theology class that is down to earth, digestible for even the newest of Christians. We are serious about deeply studying and obeying God’s written Word, the Bible. Learning theology can be fun & inspiring!
   

1. ❖Home fellowships: We meet every Wednesday evening prayer at the pastor’s home in Mililani. It’s important to connect with God’s people, have a meal, pray, and get away from the stress of life during the middle of the work week. We also have home fellowships on various Sunday afternoons.
   

1. ❖Come experience what it means to have a loving church that you can call your family!
